Roundup Bubble Bread

This bread was a HUGE hit. It was easy to make and we used them on cake stands in the middle of the tables and the women could just take a section. This picture shows them in a cast iron pan because it was the only picture I could find that would kind of look like the recipe. I should have taken a picture!
ROUNDUP BUBBLE BREAD
2 pounds frozen Rhodes rolls, thawed (about 16 rolls)
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
2 TBSP chopped fresh parsley-but dried can be used...no biggie
2 TBSP chopped green onions-optional
2 tsp. minced garlic
2-3 TBSP fresh grated parmesan cheese
Grease a 12 cup bundt pan. Arrange thawed rolls in pan. In small bowl, combine melted butter, basil, parsley, green onions and garlic. Pour over dough. Cover with plastic wrap and towl and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
Sprinkle cheese over bread and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. (Pay close attention to it the last 10 min or so because this bread rises HIGH and mine was getting close to the heating element at the top and the tops browned FAST!) Remove from oven and cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out onto serving plate. Pull apart to serve (do not slice). Serve warm.
**We weren't sure "presentation" wise which way was up. I inverted mine onto the plate and I didn't think it looked as cute (hahaha...cute bread!) so I then quickly flipped it back up so the same top was up as when it was cooking if that makes sense!
This serves a bunch. We had 8 people at a table and several of them had leftovers.
