As I was typing away at my last post, Maddie was in her room putting off cleaning it and Hayden was on the couch watching Cars and all of the sudden Hayden disappeared. I yelled for him and he came out and said "Mom, pause Cars, I am helping Maddie." I was shocked. I paused it and listened. Soon I could hear Maddie saying "Could you put that in the bucket for me?" Hayden quickly said "Yep, I will." This went on for a couple of minutes and as I pushed publish, I realized I should probably document this moment in time because it just may never come again. They have been in Maddie's room cleaning since and have plans to clean Hayden's room next. Maddie is having a blast telling Hayden where to put things and Hayden is shockingly enough having a blast having Maddie tell him what to do...followed by a "G
ood job bud!" I know that when Josh reads this later, he won't believe it but it happened. It really happened! There are pictures to prove it ( and just how messy Maddie's room has been!)

wow! Can't wait till my kids are helping each other clean up! Bray is actually good to help me, but Kambree is still at that stage where she is just making the messes!!!! That's cute!
I love your last two posts. I remember with LIzzy and Andrew that stage where they loved to give kisses. I would always laughingly push away and wipe off all the slobber, but secretly I was like...give me more. I also love Hayden help Maddie clean. I'm glad you were there ready to capture the magical moment.
