1. Attempted to set up a new volleyball set I bought Josh for his birthday only to discover that it was too wide for our yard. Eddie Bauer makes one BIG net!

2. "Cuzins" played and played and played...and played!!

3. Took my Mom to In-N-Out for her first ever burger and fries (can you believe it?!) The most packed place in town for Labor Day weekend.

3. A trip up to Zion National Park for strenuous hikes....hahaha...right!! But that was a blast, where Maddie gave us a new family favorite quote. We were on the tram and squeezed in pretty tight because that place was BUSY and everyone was sweaty and speaking all different languages. She turned to my Mom and said "Why do we call this fun?!" Good question!
4. Had a barbecue and the kids tried to swim in the backyard despite the crazy weather!

5. Played the candybar game (a family favorite!)

6. Had taco night...a must have in this family! Thank you Smashley...so good!

7. Played Ticket to Ride
8. Talked and talked and talked and talked....
9. Oh, and shopped!

10. Celebrated Josh and Jake's birthdays that are only a week apart. We have set rules that Michelle's future husband must first have the last name Neighbor because then we would have Mr. Rogers (Jake and Ash) Neighbor (Michelle) Hood (us) and said future spouse must also have a birthday that falls between Aug. 28th and Sept. 5th so that we can loop birthdays for all in-law boys into one great big birthday bash. Tough rules...but do-able, right?!
We had so much fun. It was great that we could all get together and that the kids could all play. They love being together and that makes things even better! Thanks fam for coming to visit!!

Where in the world did you get such adorable aprons & chef's hats? They are the cutest things! I would also love to know how you play the candy bar game. Ooh, and also what font you used at the bottom of the pictures for your slide show. I'm just full of questions today, sorry!!!
