Thankful Thursday

I haven't done this for 2 weeks...way overdue!!!

1. Josh willingly turned his office over to the kids. We are getting a functioning playroom up and running. I AM SO HAPPY!

2. I am thankful that the time change was an hour back rather than an hour forward. Don't get me wrong...I am not that thrilled that they mess with the change AT ALL. It is brutal with little kids. Especially one baby that gets cranky when she is tired and a little boy who now thinks that 5:30 is an acceptable time to get up for the day. But at least the first morning it was like getting an hour extra to sleep rather than having to pry my body out of bed an hour earlier.

3. Thanksgiving is only a few weeks away! It is one of my FAVORITE holidays...the food, the family, the baking, the smells...all of it (minus the football...but married to a football addict, it is all part of the package deal) It is too bad it is getting the shaft even more this year with all the Christmas stuff coming out before the Halloween stuff was even on clearance. CRaZy!

4. The weather is beautiful and there is no snow on the ground here!

5. TIVO...a handy invention that will play Dora and Diego or any other show for that matter at a moments notice. Completely worth it. How did we function without it?!
