Alrighty...so I have never been the best at anything that requires yeast. I am getting better with practice but Josh has eaten his share of funny looking things that I called "rolls". I found this recipe and it hasn't failed me yet. It is simple, no fuss, and besides rising, you only spend about 20 min in the kitchen. SWEEEET!!!! Not to mention that I love when my house smells like bread baking!
(you can click on the image to make it bigger if you can't read it!)Also note: from personal experience, double batches in your mixer aren't the best idea. That is a lot of dough. A LOT. It will be everywhere. Save yourself the headache and do them seperately. Your mixer, counters, floor, walls...will all thank you.

so yummy! The rolls are always the best in my opinion, even more than the meat! I always eat WAY too many rolls, needless to say I LOVE rolls! I will totally have to try this one! Thanks!
MMMm..these look soo yummy! And you say it's easy...but, remember my Valentines Day loaf of wheat bread for Jared??...yeah, i should have blogged that one! I think Jared still has it out in the garage somewhere. (He was going to put a clear coat on it and take it to work to "remind him of how thoughtful and cute I am".)YEAH!
I am not a bread maker...but I am willing to give it another shot with this "Darn Delicious" recipe!:)
