A little after General Conference surprise...

I debated putting this story up (especially since there is no picture, and I am usually totally against this, but in this situation, you just might thank me!) I finally decided to do it since my blog has been a little too "fluffy" lately. Translation=A blog that only has stories of the "wonderful" things...very rare or hard to find any "real life" stories.

SO NOT COOL.

Since this is the only real journaling I do or for that matter, have time for, I should do a better job here. So here it is..

Picture this...General Conference is just wrapping up. Hayden and Grace have been sleeping (ahhhh so nice) and Maddie has been playing/watching and filling out her General Conference packet. Josh had to go into work. President Monson is giving his closing remarks and Grace wakes up and starts making noises. No screaming so I thought "I will just wait until after the prayer." During the prayer Hayden wakes up and comes out.

Once conference is over Hayden of course wants a snack and Maddie wants to play her princess game on the Wii. Grace is making noises but I thought...she is next. Gotta prioritize! :) Hayden has his snack, Maddie is now playing her game. I walk into the room to get Grace and think "That is wierd...her diaper is off." She hands me her blanket and I go to grab it when I look down and realize that not having her diaper on is a BAD thing...a really BAD thing. As in a "2" bad thing. UGGHHH!!! Everywhere. It appears as if she figured that since I wasn't rushing to get her, she might as well make me an art project.

Of course, me saying "OOOOHHH GRACE YUCKY!!!" brings Maddie and Hayden in to see what is going on. They start saying things like
"You don't play in your poop Grace"
or my favorite...
"Grace, poop goes in the potty, not in your bed!"
Niiice.

At least the other two have realized not to do this, if only Grace had gotten the memo a little sooner!

Why is it we as parents have to be around so much poop??? :)
And why is it our husbands are gone for these priceless moments???

I can hear Maddie giving her advice to her little sister...

I hate poop accidents. It's one of those things that you can't help but get mad at the world for.
