Maddie headed back to school this week. 2nd grade already?! I know that by the time kids head off to 2nd grade most Moms are completely adjusted to sending their kids off for a full day of school.
I am not.
I will just use the excuse that we are in a new place and I am sending her to a new school full of kids and teachers I don't know. That makes me feel a little less "wussy mommy".
Yeah, she is growing up a little to quickly for me. I swear she was just clomping around the house in her little dress up princess shoes
Not anymore....
So here is to another year. It will fly by and at the end of the year she will be even more grown up. I love this little girl!

Wow, why is she starting so early? Is it the year round school? I hope you are adjusting and loving your new home/place. You will be so proud of me, I have taken a few other little one on one's on adobe and am somewhat getting it (when my brain doesn't malfunction and quit on me because of overload). My next thing to tackle...shooting in RAW (eek scary). But any way, let me know if you ever do more classes. We had so much fun and had so many laughs (stroke) ha ha ha, remember that?

OMI! She looks so grown up in her little outfit! So I was picking up my backyard tonight...and my green chair was still against the wall from our dinner swaps!:-( I peeked over and got so saDD!!!! It looks so bare and empty. I miss you! Hope all is well!! Mel said she is coming to see you! I am jealous!!! Are you going to be down anytime?? FO SHO for your b-day and TOFW right?!

Oh, so cute! I can't believe how grown up she looks! Maybe my kids do too, but I just don't notice.
Are you starting to feel a little old like I am? A second-grader, really?? I guess it's better than us saying "High school, really?!" I guess they're almost half way to that milestone. yikes!
I can't believe you have a second grader! That's about six years down the road for us!! It's interesting, because in a way, your oldest will always be your "baby" because they were your first! She is so adorable and looks JUST like you!!
