100 things about me…
1. I cannot dive.
2. I love to wash other people’s dishes, but dread doing my own.
3. I am a tad bit OCD…won’t go to bed unless I have made the bed…or pulled up all of the
covers to lay straight and even before I get back in.
4. GERM FREAK!
5. I love to read… I can read a book in lightning speed, thanks to all of those English classes in
high school.
6. The human body and how it works fascinates me.
7. I am THISCLOSE to finishing my nursing degree…by the time I get back I will probably be
T H I S C L O S E !
8. I love the smell of new babies…I could sit and smell them for hours at a time. (and I want
to be a labor and delivery RN!)
9. I love the smell of a school…especially an elementary school. The smell of the crayons,
paper, etc!
10. I love wheat bread more than white bread.
11. No matter how much I organize my drawers, I have to have a junk drawer. (sorry Mom.)
12. I love to go on vacation, but I love to come home.
13. I love to scrapbook.
14. I am learning Photoshop.
15. I love to take pictures.
16. I have to sleep with covers no matter how hot it gets.
17. I like to check my e-mail and blogs.
18. I hate feet, but love shoes.
19. I love Café Rio burritos/salads with the pork and pinto beans. HEAVEN!
20. I cannot say no. I hate solicitors for that reason.
21. I cannot tan.
22. I love Disneyland. Even as an adult…it is magical to me.
23. I love being a Mom, couldn’t ask for a better job in the world.
24. I am the runt of the family. The smallest, the whitest…and I am the oldest.
25. I have never spent a night away from my kids. (excluding hospital stays)
26. I love to go shopping even if it is just to look.
27. I cannot make a decision.
28. I LOVE peanut M&Ms and Sour Patch Watermelons
29. I love to have a house that smells good.
30. I love to take a shower at night and climb into a bed with clean sheets.
31. I try to treat others the way I would want to be treated.
32. I know perfect doesn’t exist but I still beat myself up trying to get there.
33. I love to be surrounded by flowers and green things.
34. HATE bugs…especially spiders.
35. Extreme fear of snakes. I won’t even go into the snake exhibit at the zoo, because I am
afraid the glass would break and they would crawl all over me.
36. I love coconut.
37. I hate white chocolate and dark chocolate.
38. I love great deals.
39. I have an addiction to making lists-I should own stock in Post-Its.
40. I worry everyday that I am not a good enough Mom.
41. I love to hear my kids say “I love you”
42. I love to watch Josh play with the kids.
43. I am horrible at returning phone calls.
44. I love to vacuum.
45. I hate folding laundry.
46. I love learning new things.
47. I love mornings where the kids sleep in.
48. I don’t go to bed when I should, I stay up finishing things, doing projects, etc.
49. I love hugs.
50. I can’t stand pickles…even the smell.
51. I love to have my hair washed when I get it cut and colored.
52. I have colored my hair since I was a sophomore in high school.
53. I have to change the towels in my kitchen everyday. Josh hates this.
54. I hate seafood.
55. I would rather be really busy than be bored.
56. I hate potty training.
57. I love milk with ice cubes in it.
58. I love any kind of cake.
59. I have a weakness for cinnamon rolls.
60. I am a sucker for a good romantic comedy.
61. I had such a bad overbite as a kid that I had to have a wedge, headgear, and braces, I was
stunning.
62. We celebrate golden birthdays in our family (example..my birthday is on the 12th, my
golden birthday was when I was 12.)
63. I love having great friends.
64. I love looking at my kids when they are sound asleep.
65. I love to “collect” scrapbooking stuff.
66. I can cook something for my family and it will turn out but the second it is for someone else
it burns, doesn’t rise, etc.
67. I love to see other people’s houses.
68. Red is my favorite color.
69. We moved a year and a half ago and I still haven’t changed my cell phone number.
70. I love to hear my kids laughing.
71. Enchanted is my favorite movie right now.
72. Before I had kids I was always on time
73. I hate when people drive under the speed limit.
74. I cry over commercials.
75. I hate wearing swimming suits.
76. I love when Josh is home.
77. I love to rearrange things.
78. I am learning to never say never.
79. I need to be better about reading my scriptures every day.
80. I have calcium deposits on my two front teeth.
81. I love the smell of rain
82. I cleaned out our car a couple of years ago and learned quickly after that putting Armor All
on the gas and brake pedals, while they look great…not a good idea. It even says not to on
the bottle. Good to know.
83. Open windows on a nice day.
84. Tulips are the prettiest flowers.
85. I am the only child in my family that didn’t do track and field in high school.
86. I had to take a theatre class in college and perform a monologue and hated every
minute of it.
87. I was a “model” (stop laughing) for Del Parson’s art class (he painted the picture of Christ)
and as a thank you for my time, he did a portrait of me.
88. I am amazed at how fast kids really do grow up.
89. Josh and I dated for 4 months before we were engaged and married 4 months later.
90. I usually hate game systems but I love our Wii.
91. I love the feeling of doing something for someone else.
92. I hate spicy food.
93. I used to put together “Miss America” pageants with my cousins when we were little - I
was always Miss Florida or Miss Hawaii…the whitest one they ever had!
94. I want to be a better listener.
95. I wish that there was a tax credit for Moms who stayed home with their kids.
96. I hate forms, when asked what your occupation is, list all sorts of jobs but not Mom…and to
have to check unemployed because I am so far from it.
97. I love lotions. (especially the ones with the antibacterial stuff in it from Bath and Body
Works)
98. I hate unloading my dishwasher.
99. I have a plant in our bedroom that I got when I was in college… it has moved everywhere
with us and hasn’t died. I don’t like it but I don’t have the heart to kill it or get rid of it.
100. I love having a clean car, but it never stays clean enough for long.
