I remember when I found my Mom's hidden stash. It was Dove chocolates and they were in her bottom right hand drawer of her nightstand. I couldn't believe my Mom had GOOD candy...and she HID it from us. Unbelievable!!!!
I, of course, right then and there thought I would never keep such stuff away from my kids.

Flash forward a few years and here I sit...a mother of three and I too have a "stash". The current hidden treat...Milano cookies. I now know why my Mom had a secret treat hidden away. There is something about having a secret. Everything else you have is shared. One little something, preferrably chocolate, tucked away to enjoy in a fleeting moment of peace suddenly is a big deal. I personally consider it part of the package deal of being a Mom. And I bet one day my girls will have a stash all of their own too.

I am right there with you!!! My secret stash is a must have...almost like my stress reliever at time. Most commonly you will find chocolate cinnamon bears hidden there :)Speaking of which I need to restock!;)
Oh Yes Mom's have to have their stash!! Mine: Starbursts, Hot Tomales & Cinnamon Teddy Grahams--Mmmm, but I keep having to find new places to hide because my kids find them!!

Too funny. I read this smiling because I often hide In my pantry shoving what I stashed on the top shelf in my mouth before my boys notice I'm gone. What we mom's do for a little treat LOL.
What a TRUE and cute post! hahaha! I have a stash too! but them my kids catch me getting into it and then I have to try to find another hiding place...
