Take Me Out To The Ballgame

Over Memorial Day weekend we were able to get tickets to go see a Bees game. Hayden was still talking about the game he went to last year so he was CRAZY excited to go again. The only bummer was that Trax wasn't running because it was a holiday.

Boo.

I had three very bummed kids that desperately wanted to ride the "train". Are my children deprived?!?

We ended up with great seats and brought along mits to catch any foul balls. Hayden pretty much had his on the entire game.

The last time Josh and Hayden went to the game...it was boy's night out. This time, the girls came to crash the party. (they may or may not do that again!)

My Dad was the lucky (or unlucky) guy who got the privilege of sitting next to me and Grace.

Hayden took the game very seriously.

Why not? They do.

And this is the visiting team.

This group of guys definitely had something to laugh about when they left the stadium that night. A group of "cougars" were drinking and drinking and drinking the entire game and by the end they were SOOO drunk that they were climbing over seats (in their teeny tiny skirts) to the practice field. They probably don't remember one thing they said...or did for that matter but it is probably best for them. The usher almost had to kick them out. Thinking back, I don't know why he didn't.

Grace on the other hand ended up so full of sugar by the end of the game. I have NEVER seen her so crazy. She was bouncing off the walls. She ended up being better entertainment than the game! I didn't get any pictures because I was completely covered in her ice cream. I wish even more that I would have had the camcorder.

It was a fun night and we had a blast! My Dad and brother were good sports to come with us and deal with all of our crazy!
