Another recipe?!! You betcha!

I had planned on having our 4th of July posted but it hasn't happened yet.

I have 2 sessions I am finishing up, my cute sis and her kiddos came up to play for the week, and I am getting all sorts of excited for a session I have coming up on Saturday so my head has been anywhere other than posting our holiday pictures.

But I promise...it is coming. I am sure you are dying. :)
However, I do have a recipe that I HAVE to share. A while back {almost a YEAR ago} I posted about Lime Chicken Tacos.

I said "blah blah blah will get the recipe and post it here blah blah blah"

The cliche phrase "Better late than never" applies here really well.

I could eat these tacos every day for the rest of my life and never get sick of them.

As long as I could eat chocolate too.

Cause what is a life without chocolate?

How do people go without sugar?

Let alone chocolate?

I would be a mess people. A BIG mess.

anyway...

Here it is!

I have had it both ways, crockpot and grill, and they are both delicious! Make some cilantro rice, get some beans, tomatoes, sour cream, olives, and some cheese and you are all set.

We usually use the tortillas you bake at home, the ones from Costco, or corn tortillas. If you use the corn tortillas, make up some extra marinate and then dip the tortillas in the sauce and steam on a griddle until they are warm and perfect. So so so good!
