White Trash Bag fashion

So I have been "boring Mama" for the last week. I have had to lay low and not do my usual stuff. Not my idea of a good time. The kids would agree.

I was on the phone earlier rescheduling an appointment and Maddie came up and started waving to get my attention. I looked up and there she is in her version of a "tutu".

She begged me to take a picture with my camera phone and send it to Josh. I took the picture and had a good chuckle because in a few years I will have to remind her how "stylish" she is!

A few minutes later, I heard some giggling coming up the stairs. Next thing I knew...not only had Maddie added to her outfit but Hayden decided to get in on the action. He smiled and said

"Mom, I am a Sultan."

What the?

I had no idea he knew what a Sultan was. He said "Mooom...like on Aladdin!" Ahhh...that's right. Thank you Disney for educating my children! :)

Who knew that Walmart, Maceys, Tai Pan and Smiths bags could be so darn fashionable.

We need to get ourselves OUT of this house!
