

She recommends Texas Toast and I would have to agree because that means more bread to absorb this...
Prepare it according to package directions (she leaves out the oil and it hasn't changed the recipe) and then dip your bread in and coat it on both sides just like regular french toast and then bake on your griddle until toasty brown on both sides.
Then eat. And have another one because hey, you didn't add oil, it is okay to have another one! :)
They do it sans syrup so I am betting this awesome recipe doesn't need any added sugar. Maybe just dust with powdered sugar so it looks pretty and heck...throw on some fruit so you feel like you are being all nutritious and stuff.
