I have done at least 15 bajillion loads of laundry since the first sign of pink eye popped up last Wednesday. Maddie stayed home from school that day and I kept her away from the other two, hoping to avoid the crap being passed from kid to kid. Thursday she was looking better but I kept her home to be sure. Thursday afternoon, Grace ended up with it and by early evening Hayden had it. Fantastic. A germ freaks worst nightmare. :)
I put them all on the couch (covered with blankets of course, like I said...I despise germs!) and took this picture. 3 kids quarantined to the couch. I kind of laughed to myself and thought "it doesn't last forever..." or does it?
Grace woke up yesterday morning with it all over again. I went back to my gloved Lysol spraying ways and this morning Hayden now has it too. SWEET!
So I am sure that the neighbors are wondering what is going on with our hermit-like family. Such nice weather and we can't enjoy it! I did take a quick trip to the grocery store on Saturday just to feel a part of society for a minute and loved it! I am going a bit crazy here in the house! :) I will be taking absolutely everything apart and scrubbing until I can't scrub anymore. And from the looks of that picture, those blinds caked with dust should be on the list!
We will be back to normal soon....right?!

Are you serious? I so dread pink eye! Poor girl...hang in there!
Oh, I'm so sorry. Having sick kids is the worst! Actually, I think I'd take pink eye over the stomach flu anyday. I hate cleaning up throw up more than anything in the world!
STOP the lysol...I sware it makes things worst...everyone i know that uses gets the worst crap...look at us no lysol and we are totally healthy...i want to come over and wipe boogers on ur pillow lol :) kidding!
